Property Potential Investigation

We believe knowledge is power and for all our projects we conduct a project specific investigation. Aspects include; Title Deed check, Town planning and survey general diagram check and zoning check. We report on these aspects which ultimately determines time spent with Municipal approvals.

Site measurements and survey.

If no previous plans are available we conduct a site, building and level checks and plot existing buildings and structures as situated on the site plan.

Design and Draughting

Design and draughting of concept sketches, construction/working drawings for distribution to Allied professions such as engineers and for budget pricing and municipal submission.

Preperation of tender documentation

Preperation of tender documentation and invitation to contractors to tender and adjudications.

Contract Supervision.

Here we act on behalf of the client by putting building contracts in place, ensuring the necessary insurances are in place. We also monitor and authorise progress payments, conduct weekly site meetings and deal with de-snagging and issuing final completion certificates.

As-built municipal approvals

Obtaining formal approval for structures or buildings where built without municipal approved plans.

Plan Walking

Our staff walk all our plans through the various stages at council and if any issues need to be dealt with, this is done by one of our senior partners.

Energy efficient calculation

We are competent persons with regard to SANS 10:400 XA energy efficiency calculations.


Advising and consulting on bringing old dated, non compliant facilities up to conformity with New SANS 10400 regulations in a cost effective manor – items involved would be smoke ventilation, noncombustible mezzanines, sprinkler systems, disabled facilities and general fire regulations.

Vertical extensions – room in roof etc.

Residential, commercial and industrial alterations.
